Soybean Oil – Description
Soybean oil is one of the most widely consumed vegetable oils in the world, extracted from soybeans and widely used in cooking, the food industry and the production of derivatives. It is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, mainly omega-6, and has a low content of saturated fats. In addition to its application as an edible oil, it is also used in the manufacture of margarine, mayonnaise, condiments and in the chemical industry.
