  • Peroxide Index: Max 1.0 Meq/KG

  • Free Fatty Acids: Max 0.5%

  • Minor Damages (dirty, deteriorated, sprouted, discolored, stained): Max 2.0%

  • Major Damages (fungi, insect damage, moldy): Max 1.0%

  • Broken and Split Kernels: Max 3.0%

  • Kernels without skin: Max 2.0%

  • In Shell: Max 0.1%

  • Rancid / Rotten: Max 0.5%

  • Impurities and Foreign Materials: Absent

Quality Control:
Physical and aflatoxin analyses are carried out by the importing company, ensuring full compliance with international standards of food safety and quality.
